I like swimming and I used to do some yoga but haven't done any of that for a while, I love dancing and I'd like to get back to a dance class or dance exercise I should look and see if I can find any Sweating to the Oldies tapes.

I watched More to Love one time and found the fact they felt it necessary to post every woman's height and weight when no other Bachelor show does made me angry but not as angry as the fact these women were so full of self loathing that they cried...

The only truly effective therapy is Retail Therapy.
