Need your feedback on my web site

Hey fellow PSW friends. It's me, Beth Anne Herrin of Realityplus Clothing Company. We have made several changes to our web site (including adding "real" women in our images. These women are all a size 18-20, not professional models, but real women with real lives. Our goal was to show our clothes on a real plus size so women could get a better idea of how they might look in them.

In addition to the home page, we added a video of behind the scenes with the women that took part in the photo shoot.

Here is the question I am posing for your feedback:
Can you take a minute and "shop" the site www.realityplusclothing.com and tell me if you find it easy to get around? If you have trouble, or find something too complicated, will you let me know?

We have had great success with our clothes, our return rate is less than 1/2 of industry stadandard, and we have shipped 49 out of 50 states (no Alaska). But...we are still working on the site to see where we need to improve.

Any insight you can give me will be greatly appreciated! But be gentle ;) I am still learning!

Hi Beth Anne! Speaking of your site - I was just over there last night - And I have to say: "BRAVO!"

I really enjoyed the entire site - And I really love the models on the front - you've done a fabulous job with your site! It's a real joy to shop at - I cannot honestly think of one thing that needs to be changed or improved upon - it was very easy to navigate, too!

Thanks for you comments / feedback on the site. It is a constant struggle to get it right!

Did you know that all the women on the home page are a size 20? I was trying to get the point across that size is not how you are. Each of the women were all the same "number" or size, but each of them are built completely differently. Truth.....I was even a bit surprised! Some of them I would NEVER had thought were a 20!

So, Katy: Do tell? More about you? What is your background, and what brought you into plus size retail?

I've thoroughly enjoyed the RealityPlus store site since first discovering it late last year, and have been an avid Beth Anne Enthusiast ever since. The change to the site is amazing, with the addition of your Reality Girls! The video is a must-see.
